TUESDAY EVENING - KatiKati Western BBQ - with Garth Young on keyboard
6:00pm at the "Shipwreck Hut" Beach Bar at the Aro'a Beachside Inn.(House quests able to invite outside persons to join them if they wish)
MENU:
Finger Food -"Kati Kati"- Starters - a selection from smoked marlin or tuna lettuce wrap, 'artichoke hearts' marinated breadfruit, ika mata, fish sausage, and poki.
Main Course: For KatiKati BBQ - Chicken , One Meat Dish of: Pork, Lamb or Beef , Aro'a Fish Dish, Salads and Vegetables in season (taste of Island dishes)
Main Course: For Western BBQ - Teriyaki and fish on a skewer, beer can chicken, chili and rice, potato salad, pawpaw salad, local vegetables and other salads.
Main Course: For Seafood BBQ - delightful combination of fish dishes prepared in many different ways, plus vegetables in season and salads - Also taste of island dishes
